Delete your account

In the app (fastest):

  1. Open Box of India Partners or Box of India Studio and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (Partners: the person icon, top right, then Settings. Studio: More, then Settings).
  3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

Your access is removed and you are signed out everywhere.

Cannot open the app? Email support@boxofindia.app from the email address you use for the app, with the subject "Delete my account", or message us on WhatsApp (Australia) +61 406 166 726. We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your sign-in and name, your push notification registration and your app settings.

What we keep, and why: order records and packing history are kept as business records (tax and order history) without your sign-in. Messages with Box of India support may be kept for up to 12 months for quality and dispute handling. Crash reports contain no name or email.
