How Our Offers, Credits, and Free Delivery Work

To avoid any confusion, we’d like to clearly explain how our offer and credit system works:

1. First Order (Offer Eligibility) When you place your first order under an active offer, that order becomes eligible for a credit. Once your order is delivered, the credit will be reflected in your account within 24–48 hours and can be used on your next order.

2. Second Order (Credit Redemption) If you redeem the issued credit on your second order, that order will not qualify for any additional voucher or credit—even if the final order value still meets the offer criteria.

3. Third Order (New Offer Eligibility) From your third order onwards, if an offer is active and no credit or promo code is redeemed on that order, you may become eligible for a new credit again.

4. Order Value Requirement (Credit Eligibility) To qualify for any credit, the final payable order value must meet the required offer       amount. For example, if an offer requires a minimum spend of $50, your order total must be $50 after all deductions, including discounts and delivery charges.

5. Free Delivery Condition Free delivery is applicable only if the final payable order value is $69 or above after all deductions, including discounts and delivery charges. If the final amount falls below $69, a delivery fee will apply.

6. Fair Usage Policy
   
Each customer is allowed one redemption per order. Multiple orders from the same family or address may not qualify.
